One of our Pharmaceutical clients is looking to hire suitable professional for the position of Manager Corporate Communications. As the Manager of Corporate Communications, you will play a crucial role in shaping and maintaining our company’s external and internal communications strategies.
You will be responsible for developing and implementing communication plans that effectively convey our corporate messaging, values, and initiatives to various stakeholders, including employees, clients, media, and the public. Your expertise in communication strategies will contribute to enhancing our brand reputation and fostering positive relationships with key audiences.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute comprehensive corporate communication strategies that align with the company’s goals and values.
Craft clear and compelling messages for press releases, media pitches, company announcements, and other external communications materials.
Build and maintain strong relationships with media outlets, journalists, and industry influencers to secure positive media coverage.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and insights for communication initiatives, ensuring accuracy and consistency of messaging.
Manage crisis communications by providing timely and strategic responses to address potential reputation risks.
Oversee the creation and distribution of internal communications, including newsletters, memos, and announcements to keep employees informed and engaged.
Develop and maintain the company’s online presence, including the corporate website and social media channels, to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
Monitor industry trends, competitor communications, and market developments to identify opportunities for proactive communication strategies.
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of communication professionals, providing guidance, feedback, and professional development opportunities.
Measure the effectiveness of communication campaigns through key performance indicators (KPIs) and make data-driven adjustments as needed.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field; master’s degree preferred.
Proven experience (2-4 years) in corporate communications, public relations, or a similar role.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
Strong media relations skills and a track record of securing positive media coverage.
Strategic thinker with the ability to align communication initiatives with overall business objectives.
Proficiency in using communication tools, social media platforms, and content management systems.
Experience in crisis communication and issues management.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
